I’m very picky and after 3 other AC companies, I finally found one I’m very satisfied with … Island Aire. Beau Hawkins was pleasant, competent and thorough in my service today. He wore a mask and put on the “ blue slippers “. I never feel stressed when the techs come out. Their emergency service is excellent too. If you have an issue the call goes to the tech that’s on-call not having to first deal with a receptionist .. I love that.

Gordan was very professional and took his time explaining to me what he was going to do to repair our AC system. The drain line was plugged. He repaired the drain line and re-worked the drain system to make it easier for me to do preventative maintenance myself. Then he explained to me how to do this maintenance. Great contact!
